Autumn Term 2007 ~ Second Half Term: More in depth work on legal profession and ADR. Revision for M2 exam in January
Spring Term 2008 ~ First Half Term: M3 - fundamentals of criminal law and of tort
Spring Term 2008 ~ Second Half Term: Completion of remainder of M1 topics - delegated legislation and judicial precedent
Summer Term 2008 ~ First Half Term: Revision of all aspects of M1 and M3 and exam practice
Summer Term 2008 ~ Second Half Term: Exams, followed by an introduction to M4 - murder
Year 13 ~ Law A2 Level
Autumn Term 2007 ~ First Half Term: Complete Module 4 on criminal law, focussing on involuntary manslaughter, non-fatal offences and defences
Autumn Term 2007 ~ Second Half Term: Start M5 - Theft Act 1968 then revision of M4 for January exam
Spring Term 2008 ~ First Half Term: Rest of M5 - other offences against property , then defences
Spring Term 2008 ~ Second Half Term: Rest of M5 - other offences against property , then defences
Summer Term 2008 ~ First Half Term: M6 and series of questions for discussion on law and morals, law and justice, law and equity
