Autumn Term 2007 ~ First Half Term: Relationships: Students will complete Unit 1 of Paper 1 from the Edexcel syllabus which is examined through practical workshops. The unit of work is based on Relationships.
Autumn Term 2007 ~ Second Half Term: Relationships: This using will be finished at the beginning of this half term. Can You Keep A Secret: Students will begin Unit 2 of Paper 1 from the Edexcel GCSE syllabus which will involve them reading the play by Winsome Pinnock and then complete practical workshops based on the text.
Spring Term 2008 ~ First Half Term: Can You Keep A Secret: Practical work and coursework will be completed at the beginning of this half term. Paper 2 Preparation: Students will begin to prepare for their practical examination and workshops will focus on acting and devising skills.
Spring Term 2008 ~ Second Half Term: Paper 2: Students will be preparing for their practical examination at the end of this half term. They will be working in small groups to devise a piece for performance.
